Thanks A LATTE on this Monday Made It!

I have been a glue gunning fool tonight...  Even had to buy ice cream for the hot Italian so he would help me get all this done!
Tomorrow is our First Grade Awards ceremony in the morning and all of my littles get to walk up and receive awards and promotion certificates!  I am so excited for them!  Then, our principal let's each teacher call up our parent helpers to recognize their efforts with us this year.
Well let me tell you a little bit about my AMAZING helpers.
These 3 women are my POWERHOUSE engine.  They keep me revved up and going strong throughout the days and weeks and months of the entire school year!
First we have Mrs. V who comes in every Thursday.  She runs copies, cuts lamination, runs MORE copies, staples books together, you name it, she can do it!  I have had 5 of her children so far and I truly am blessed to have her!
Next we have Mrs. B who is my Friday helper.  She cuts lamination, cuts out new projects, takes things home and works from her office.  She is awesome.  Oh, did I mention this is my second year of having her AND she just had a baby.  You would never know it.  She looks amazing.  And how does she have 3 great kids and still have time to cut my lamination..  That is love!
Finally, we have Mrs. S.  who comes in religiously every Wednesday afternoon and sits out in the hall for 2 and a half hours working on sight word lists with the kids.  She started the year doing RAINBOW WORDS with the kids and then moved on to our district lists.  She did my data sheets and has running records on everything!
So now you can see why I needed to do something EXTRA cool for these 3 lovely ladies.
Pinterest is my go-to for inspiration on craft projects so guess what I found in a matter of seconds....
thanks a latte
Lightbulb!  What mom doesn't love coffee???  or Starbucks for that matter!  So I got to work.  (And Chris too!)

THANK YOU for making that easy! WOOT WOOT!
INSERT Monday Made It #1
I copied these on white card stock.

Insert gift card at the top and....
BAZINGA!  A fabulous thank you gift!
I made 3 for my parent helpers and 8 more for the TACIRA board members.
I am finishing my year as President and we are having a dinner party this week to celebrate!
I found these adorable vintage-looking bags at the dollar store and VOILA!  All done!

My Monday Made it #2 is from this Pinterest inspired post:
I am so doing this at the end of the year!
Now by next year, I hope to have it in black and white and very snazzy looking.
But tonight, I am all thumbs, seriously, people.... I hot-glued the rest of my digits together on the earlier project.  So, this year's collage is colorful and bright and a bit.....  festive!
Not at all perfect, but just right!
I sure am going to miss these guys!  I love them so!
I am sending this home with the kids on the last day!

A HUGE thanks to Tara at 4th Grade Frolics for hosting this fantastic Monday Made It linky!  I will definitely be linking up again, as soon as my fingers return to normal working order!
Happy gluing friends!
